Operational Experience
Bamboo Crew has supplied production-support and infrastructure crews across a wide range of event environments, including exhibitions, corporate installs, live music, touring productions, rehearsal studios and large-scale site builds. We support projects from early load-ins through to show days and breakdowns, adapting our crews to the demands of each environment.
Our experience spans exhibition halls, arenas, stadiums, rehearsal facilities and outdoor event sites, delivering support for hall installs, set and stage builds, infrastructure works, production load-ins, show-day operations and machine-led logistics.
We work flexibly within wider production structures or as an independently deployed crew, taking responsibility for defined scopes of work from build through to completion.

Millennium Studios has been there from the very beginning of Bamboo Crew's journey, welcoming them as our local crew for visiting touring rehearsals. Fast forward to today, Bamboo Crew come highly recommended by Millennium Studios for being on time, efficient and proactive; they're not a team to just stand around waiting for instruction. Many of their crew come fully-ticketed for plant operation too so our clients are never caught out by last minute kit arriving on site needing a forklift and driver to offload.

Well, what can we say about Bamboo Crew? The team who can do anything and everything, from loading trucks, to operating plant, to lugging heavy kit around the studio, to putting up heras fencing, to running cable, to even sweeping up at the end of the day! Cardington Studios team feel at ease with Bamboo Crew on site as we know the job will 'just get done'. We have contracted Tom and his team for a few years, on and off, and have found them to be reliable, hardworking and good fun to have around.
